Application notes | ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Small Intestine shows strong staining of basement membrane and weaker staining of enterocytes. Recommended concentration, 2-3ug/ml.WB: A very strong approx 16kDa band observed in Human Duodenum lysates (calculated MW of 15.2kDa according to NP_000125.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing FABP2 a band of approx. 18kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.001 μg/ml. |
