Cell culture (MCF7), Paraformaldehyde-fixed, Incubated by 0.3% Triton-100 for 20 min, Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min, Antibody incubation with (Gamma-Adaptin) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (orb10106) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary antibody (orb868805) for 90 minutes and DAPI staining.
