Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of FRAT2 Antibody (C-term) with ZR-75-1 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

FRAT2 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human bladder carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of FRAT2 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of lysates from human placenta and heart tissue lysates (from left to right), using FRAT2 Antibody (C-term). diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary Antibody. Lysates at 35 ug per lane.
