  ErpN/OspE is suitable as a control in immunological assays. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at 59.5 kDa for OspE-MBP, (17.1 kDa for OspE and 42.4 for MBP) in size corresponding to ErpN/OspE by Western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. ErpN/OspE protein has been tested in SDS-page and western blot.
