Western blot analysis of DRAGON (RGMB) Antibody (C-term) in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). DRAGON (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostata carcinoma tissue reacted with DRAGON (RGMB) (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

All lanes: Anti-DRAGON (RGMB) Antibody (C-term) at 1:2000 dilution. Lane 1: A431 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: mouse brain lysate. Lane 3: mouse cerebellum lysate. Lane 4: NCI-H460 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 48 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
