Performance of the antibody is satisfactory without much variability.Effectiveness- This antibody detected primary mouse osteoclast grown in culture. Specificity- This antibody specifically detected osteoclast progenitor population and expression down regulated in mature osteoclast population. Quality and reproducibility- The quality and reproducibility of the antibody is quite satisfactory. Dilution- For immunofluorescence staining in cells the dilution used as 1:200. Issues- Punctate staining both membrane and cytosolic.
