  DbpB protein has been tested by SDS-PAGE and is suitable as a control in immunological assays. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect bands at 60.3 kDa for DbpB-MBP, (17.9 kDa for DbpB and 42.4 kDa for MBP) in size corresponding to DbpB by Western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
