• Application notes: The binding characterization of this antibody to human cytokeratin 8 was done using ELISA. The affinity constant for the original IgG3 antibody was calculated to be 9.6 × 10^(8) M^(-1). This antibody is similar to commercially available anti-Cytokeratin 17 antibody E3 in staining various human tissues. This antibody can be used in the immunohistochemical analysis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (CN113278070).
