Category | Antibodies |
Description | CD70 belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. It is a cytokine that binds to CD27. Plays a role in T-cell activation. Induces the proliferation of costimulated T-cells and enhances the generation of cytolytic T-cells. |
Species/Host | Mouse |
Clonality | Monoclonal |
Clone Number | BU69 |
Tested applications | ELISA, FACS, IF, IHC-Fr, IP, NeA |
Reactivity | Human |
Isotype | Mouse IgG1, kappa |
Immunogen | The human WM-1 (Waldenstrom s macroglobulinemia) cell line was used as the immunogen for the CD70 antibody. |
Antibody Type | Primary Antibody |
Dilution range | ELISA (order BSA/sodium azide-free format for coating),Inhibits T cell proliferation induced by dendritic cells (order BSA/sodium azide-free format),Flow cytometry: 1-2ug/million cells,Immunofluorescence: 1-2ug/ml,Immunoprecipitation: 1-2ug/500ug protein lysate,Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 0.5-1ug/ml for 30 min at RT |
Purity | Protein G affinity chromatography |
Conjugation | Unconjugated |
Formula | 0.2 mg/ml in 1X PBS with 0.1 mg/ml BSA (US sourced) and 0.05% sodium azide |
Hazard Information | This CD70 antibody is available for research use only. |
UniProt ID | P32970 |
Storage | Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles. |
Buffer/Preservatives | 0.2 mg/ml in 1X PBS with 0.1 mg/ml rAlbumin (US sourced) and 0.05% sodium azide |
Note | For research use only |
Application notes | Optimal dilution of the CD68 antibody should be determined by the researcher.1. Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.2. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min. |
Expiration Date | 12 months from date of receipt. |
