Detection of human CBF-beta (isoform 1) by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (25 µg) from Jurkat, U2OS, K-562, RKO, and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBF-beta (isoform 1) antibody (orb1524620) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.

Detection of mouse CBF-beta (isoform 1) by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from BW5147.3, CT26, NIH 3T3, CH27, and TCMK-1 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CBF-beta (isoform 1) antibody (orb1524620) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.

CBF-beta (isoform 1) was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (orb1524620) and a second antibody against a different epitope of CBF-beta (isoform 1).
