Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Bv, Ch, Gt, GP, Ham, Hs, Hu, Ms, Rt, & Sh Serum Proteins. Monoclonal antibody for the detection of Flag is an IgG fraction purified from ascites by Protein A chromatography. The purified antibody is directed against the FLAG motif and detects over-expressed proteins containing the FLAG epitope tag. In WB of bacterial extracts, the antibody does not cross-react with endogenous proteins. Rabbit anti-Goat Secondary Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-HRP, anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. Rabbit IgG Antibody HRP was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-HRP, anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction to Hu Serum. UniGlow is designed as a ready-to-use chemiluminescent substrate in a One Component System that is a highly sensitive, nonradioactive, enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Blocking buffer is specifically formulated using ultra pure reagents to achieve superior reproducible western blotting images using this system. NGS was prepared by delipidation and selective precipitation. Assay by IEP resulted in a multiple arcs against anti-goat serum.
