• Application notes: ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.WB: Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 34.7kDa according to NP_000036.2. Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/ml. Additional bands of unknown identity were also consistently observed at 19-22kDa. Thiese bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
