4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed HepG2 (H) cell, Triton X-100 at r.t. for 20 min, Antibody incubation with (APOBEC3C) polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (orb155695) 1:50, 90 min at 37°C, followed by conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (green, orb868805) at 37°C for 90 min, DAPI (blue) was used to stain the cell nuclei. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the blank control.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (human liver carcinoma), Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min, Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes, Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30 min, Antibody incubation with (APOBEC3C) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (orb155695) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary for 20 minutes and DAB staining.
