• Description: Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RHOQ also known as ras-like protein TC10 whose expression can be detected in the stomach and heart but is highly expressive in the endometrium and aorta. It is found in the cytoplasm. This protein is involved in epithelial cell polarization processes and may play a role in CFTR trafficking to the plasma membrane that causes the formation of thin, actin-rich surface projections called filopodia. This Plasma membrane-associated small GTPase cycles between an active GTP-bound and an inactive GDP-bound state. In an active state it binds to a variety of effector proteins to regulate cellular responses.
