Flow-cytometry using anti-CD11c (Integrin alpha) antibody OX42 Staining of rat (Rattus norvegicus) leukocytes with either an isotype control (A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of OX-42 (B, orb2645740) at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using an Alexa Fluor ® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
Immunofluorescence staining of fixed rat splenocyte cells with anti-CD11c (Integrin alpha) antibody OX-42. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed rat (Rattus norvegicus) splenocyte cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric rabbit version of OX-42 (orb2645740) at 10 µg/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/ml), showing membrane staining in a subset of cells. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom orb2645740, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
