The observed molecular weights correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Le Gall et al, J Cell Sci. 2010 Nov 15;123(Pt22):3913-22; PMID: 20980382). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/mL. Primary incubated for 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat for this particular batch.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Skin and Thyroid. Recommended concentration: 3.75µg/mL.
