• Application notes: This antibody stimulates T-cell activity (Son et al, 2004; pmid:15087232). ELISA was performed using this antibody on E.coli expressed human 4-1BB (Son et al, 2004; pmid:15087232). Mixed lymphocyte reaction was investigated with fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells using this antibody (Son et al, 2004; pmid:15087232). This antibody was used for flow cytometry on a subline of human Jurkat 8-1 cells (Son et al, 2004; pmid:15087232). This antibody promoted long-term proliferation of PBMC (Son et al, 2004; pmid:15087232).
