Purity | Anti-Wnt1 antibody purified from tissue culture supernatant by Protein-A chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. This antibody reacts with human and mouse Wnt1 protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with Wnt1 from mouse, human, rat, bovine, dog, macaque, opossum and rat based on a 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Partial cross-reactivity is expected against chicken Wnt1 based on a 91% sequence homology. Cross-reactivity with Wnt1 from other sources has not been determined. |
Conjugation | Unconjugated |
