• Dilution Range: For flow cytometry and immunohistology dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:50. For neutralization of biological activity in vitro dilutions have to be made according to the amounts of TLR4 to be inactivated. Before use in biological assays, the product must be filter sterilized and depending on the concentration to be used dialyzed against culture medium to remove the sodium azide added. Please inquire for availability of azide free solutions.

  FC: 300000 cells/50ul were stained with 2 ug antibody for 30 minutes at 4°C FS: In cell culture 10 µg/ml IF: Oregon green labeled HTA125 was used in FRAP measurements IP: HTA125 (4 mg/ml) coupled to Sepharose 4FF beads was added to cell lysate and incubated for 2 hours at 4°C W: 20 mg protein was analyzed on SDS-PAGE and transferred to nitrocellulose. Blot was blocked with TBS/5% dry milk/0.1% tween-20
