Immunofluorescence staining of fixed HepG2 cells with anti-Serotransferrin antibody TW4.20. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HpeG2 cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips- permewith 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric r version of TW4.20 (orb1671912) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/ml)- showing diffuse cytoplasmic staining- likely from protein in trafficking vesicles. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom orb1671912- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody (0) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
