    TDRD3 Antibody

Flow cytometry using the Anti-TDRD3 antibody R Paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells permewith 0.5% Triton were stained with anti-unknown specificity antibody (3.0; isotype control - black line) or the r version (blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing- the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-r AlexaFluor® 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

    TDRD3 Antibody

Western Blot using anti-TDRD3 antibody R Human brain cerebellum(A) (1 ug/ml)- human skeletal muscle(B) (0.3 ug/ml)- heart(C) (0.3 ug/ml)- human placenta(D) (0.1 ug/ml)- human testes(E) (0.3 ug/ml) and human kidney(F) (0.1 ug/ml) tissue lysates (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rsion before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.

    TDRD3 Antibody

Immunofluorescence staining of HeLa cells with anti-TDRD3. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells permewith 0.15% Triton stained with the chimeric r version (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1500 dilution)- showing nucleoli- nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red) and the nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom orb1671525- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (3.0) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
