• Application notes: ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.WB: Approx. 125 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 127 kDa according to NP_079511.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 45 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
