Immunohistochemical analysis staining in human breast carcinoma formalin fixed paraffin-embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using pressure cooker heat antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (0.01 M, pH = 6) for 3 minutes. The section was detected using Super Sensitive IHC Detection System. The section was then counterstained with haematoxylin and mounted with Neutral Gum.
