SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Antibody

Vero E6 infectedcwith SARS-CoV-2, Wa-1 @ MOI = 0.1 for 48 hours. Cells were fixed with 4 % formaldehyde (4hr), perm 0.1% Triton X (15 min), blocked with 4% BSA, 1:1000 diluted with clone 1C7C7 (Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocaspid) O/N tehn 1:1000 anti-mouse Dylight 488 (1 hour).

SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Antibody

Lysates were derived from A549 cells (Transduced with ACE2 by adenoviral vector), mock vs. SARS-CoV-2-infected MO12, 24 hours, with 60ug of lysates loaded/lane.

SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Antibody

Exp1293 cells were transfected with expression plasmid coding for SARs2 NP and incubated for 48 hours. Cells were permeabilized, incubated with dilutions of supermatant collected from cells transfected with DNA plasmids coding for the heavy and light chains of 1C7 and binding identified by the addition of goat anti-mouse IgG FITC.
