Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rat IgG1 and anti-Rat serum. Isotyping assay resulted non-reactive with antisera to Rat IgG1a, IgG1b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Light and heavy chain composition has been confirmed by SDS-PAGE.
