The Rat BDNF ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of natural and recombinant rat BDNF in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA, citrate). The kit has a detection range of 31.2 pg/ml - 2,000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <15 pg/ml. The standard protein is expressed in NS0, and the immunogen corresponds to the H129-R247 sequence of Rat BDNF.
