Immunofluorescence staining of fixed HeLa cells with anti-Paxillin (LD4 Motif) antibody LD4 s96. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips- permewith 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric mouse IgG1 version of LD4 s0) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml)- showing nuclear periphery and diffuse cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom orb1672022- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an unknown specificity antibody (.1) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
