  Protein A is suitable for use as an antigen, as a control or standard in assays, for conjugation and for most other immunological methods. Protein A contains only IgG binding domains, ensuring maximum specific IgG binding.

• Purity: Protein A is chromatographically pure and shows predominantly a single band by SDS-PAGE. Greater than 95% of the A280 material binds to Human IgG.

• Storage: Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
