Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  [Tyr8] Bradykinin (10 nM, 2 min) produces a rapid increase in phosphorylated ERK1/2. Western blot analysis. Cell line: Serum-deprived trabecular meshwork cells. Concentration: 10 nM. Incubation time: 2 min. Result: Produced a rapid increase in phosphorylated ERK1/2 that was equivalent in magnitude to that observed for Bradykinin.
