  Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for E.coli O157 detection). Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Excellent for O157 sensitivity test for cut-off concentration of 104 CFU/ml. No cross reaction with other O and H serotypes.
