Description

Biorbyt mRNA Isolation Kit uses magnetic beads specifically designed to isolate and purify mRNA from total RNA samples. The kit uses micron-sized capture beads coated with Oligo (dT), which selectively bind to the poly(A) tails of eukaryotic mRNA. It is optimized to have high mRNA yields and low rRNA residuals for samples containing inhibitors such as polysaccharide- and polyphenol-rich samples and tumour tissues. It supports total RNA inputs ranging from 10 ng to 4 μg and is compatible with various RNA library preparation kits.
