The Human CXCL10/IP-10 ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of natural and recombinant human CXCL10 in cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma (heparin, EDTA), saliva and urine. The kit has a detection range of 31.2 pg/ml - 2,000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <1 pg/ml. The standard protein is expressed in E.coli, and the immunogen corresponds to the V22-P98 sequence of Human CXCL10/IP-10.
