Methods: Ginsenoside F4 (8.15 μM, 65.19 μM, 130.38 μM) was used to treat Homo sapiens lymphoblastoma JK cells, and the expression of related proteins was detected by Western Blot. Results: Ginsenoside F4 induced apoptosis in Homo sapiens lymphoblastoma JK cells by downregulating Bcl-2 protein and upregulating Bax protein levels, which are key regulators associated with apoptosis, demonstrating its antitumor effects.
