Evo Super M-MLV Reverse transcription polymerase I is a reverse transcriptase mutant genetically modified on the basis of M-MLV (Moloney murine leukemia virus) and obtained by purification through an E. coli recombinant expression system. Evo Super M-MLV Reverse transcription polymerase I is characterized by no RNase H activity, high synthesis efficiency, fast reaction speed, high sensitivity, high thermal stability, long half-life and strong inhibition resistance. It can efficiently synthesize 1st Strand cDNA under the condition of 42℃~55℃, and its optimal reaction temperature is 50℃, and it can also reverse complex templates very well. It is also suitable for the construction of full-length cDNA libraries.
