Generally, 2X One-Step Reaction Solution A is used first for RT-PCR amplification, and can be replaced by 2X One-Step Reaction Solution B if the desired amplification results cannot be obtained. If you cannot get the desired amplification result, you can replace it with 2X One-Step Reaction Solution B to try.
