Immunofluorescence staining of fixed MCF7 cells with anti-PRMT3 antibody R Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed MCF7 cells on Shi-fix™ coverslips stained with the chimeric r version at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml)- showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom orb1671531- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (3.0) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

Western Blot using anti-PRMT3 antibody R HEK293(A)- HeLa(B)- HepG2(C)- MCF7(D) and A549(E) cell lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rsion at 0.001 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
