  Flow Cytometry: (see A. Kunzmann, et al.; Immun. Ageing 3, 8 (2006)). Immunocytochemistry: (5-20µg/mL). Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): Dilute in 5% non fat dried milk in PBS to a final concentration of 5-20µg/mL). Western Blot: Incubate 2.5µg/mL in PBS, 0.05% Tween20, 5% non fat dried milk. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
