Description

Plus RIPA Lysis Buffer is a ready-to-use 1X solution formulated for efficient cell and tissue protein extraction. It contains 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6), 150 mM NaCl, 1% Triton X-100, 1% sodium deoxycholate, and 0.1% SDS. Each kit provides sufficient reagent for up to 200 assays using 5.0 × 10⁶ cells or 100 assays using 0.1 g tissue samples.
