Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  To prepare the pH PIPES buffer, dissolve 173 g of 1,4-piperazinediethanesulfonic acid in 1 L of deionized water and adjust the pH to 6.8 using sodium hydroxide pellets. This PIPES buffer formulation effectively mitigates lipid loss and artifacts induced by glutaraldehyde fixation .
