Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. Lane 2: S-phase, hydroxycarbamide, 5mM, 24h. Lane 3: G2/M-phase, etoposide, 5mM, 24h. Lane 4: M-phase, nocodazole, 150ng/ml 20h. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 121 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
