Western blot analysis of (1) Human brain lysate treated with Lambda phosphatase lysate, (2) Human brain lysate. Using Phospho-GluR1 (Ser845) (orb2562018) monoclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
