Application notes | Further information: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Approx 60kD band observed in Human Kidney and Liver lysates (calculated MW of 43.5kD according to NP_002551.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Brown et al, J Biol Chem. 2004 Sep 17;279(38):39485-94. PMID: 15262999). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml. |

P2RX4 / P2X4 antibody immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed A431 cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4 ug/ml).
P2RX4 / P2X4 antibody (0.3 µg/ml) staining of A549 cell lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.
