  The original IgG1 version of this antibody binds human p16 protein with a affinity constant of 1.92 X 10^9 M^(-1). The binding specificity and affinity of this antibody for p16 was determined by ELISA. Western blotting experiments suggested that this antibody is capable of recognizing p16 and tumor cells expressing p16 molecules like Hela cells. The immunohistochemical staining pattern of this antibody is highly similar to another anti-p16 antibody E6H4 (CN105001327).
