Detection of human and mouse p150glued by western blot (h & m) and immunoprecipitation (h). Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB) , HeLa (H, 50 µg; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and mouse NIH 3T3 (M; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-p150glued antibody orb1525508 used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. p150glued was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-p150glued antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).
