• Application notes: This antibody can be used for ELISA, gel supershift assays, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation of protein-DNA complexes (2 µg/mg), Western blotting (1 µg/ml) and is the antibody of choise for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections (1-2 µg/ml). Optimal concentration should be evaluated by serial dilutions.
