• Description: IL3 mouse Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 135 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15100 Dalton. The IL-3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

• Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependant stimulation of murine M-NFS-60 cells is 0.05 ng/ml, corresponding to Specific Activity of 20,000,000 IU/mg.

This value is calculated by the PC GENE computer analysis program of protein sequences (IntelliGenetics). 2. Analysis by RP-HPLC, using standard solution of IL3 as Reference Standard.
