Western blot analysis of MMAA Antibody (N-term) in mouse liver tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). MMAA (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Anti-MMAA Antibody (N-term) at 1:500 dilution + human liver lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 47 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
MMAA Antibody (N-term) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skeletal muscle tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
