• Application notes: ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 24kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 23.5kDa according to NP_002349.1). Recommended concentration: 2-4 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at approx. 29kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
