Lintuzumab promotes tumor cell killing through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and phagocytosis (ADCP) activities against MDR? and MDR+ AML cell lines and primary AML patient samples. Lintuzumab enhances survival and reduces tumor burden in mice.
