• Storage: Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

• Application notes: Anti-KLH Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated antibody has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 ug of KLH in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:15,000 to 1:60,000 is suggested for this product. Anti-KLH Antibody is suitable for western blotting to detect a single band of the expected apparent molecular weight and for ELISA. Peroxidase conjugated anti-KLH antibody is suitable for use with streptavidin reporter systems. Researchers should determine optimal titers for applications that are not stated below.
